From first brief to final breakdown: here's what I bring to every project.

Event Coordination & Logistics

Full pre-production planning, run-of-show management, scheduling, and timeline coordination. I handle the operational backbone so the creative team can focus on the vision.

Vendor & Delivery Management

Sourcing, briefing, and managing suppliers across Europe: florists, caterers, rental companies, AV crews, and freight. Coordinating deliveries, tracking orders, and making sure everything arrives on time and on brief.

On-site Execution

Present from build to breakdown. Managing teams on the ground, liaising with vendors in real time, and troubleshooting whatever comes up, calmly and efficiently.

Styling & Set Dressing Support

Supporting creative directors with floral design, food styling, set dressing, and scenic installation.
I have a genuine eye for detail and a design background that makes me a reliable hand on set.

Budget Tracking & Admin

Keeping budgets under control throughout the project: tracking spend, chasing quotes, managing supplier invoices, and reporting clearly at every stage.

About

I'm Ruben Zerbib, an event coordinator based between Paris and Berlin, operating under the name Rive. I'm 32, and I've been working in the event industry since 2023.

Event coordination is what I love. The invisible architecture that makes everything feel effortless. From the first supplier brief to the final breakdown, I take care of every moving part: logistics, delivery management, vendor coordination, run-of-show, budget tracking, and on-site execution. I genuinely thrive in the complexity of it.

I studied global design, which gives me a strong understanding of space, a natural eye for aesthetics, and the ability to communicate fluently with creative directors and creative teams. I can support styling and set dressing when needed, but my core focus is always coordination — making sure every operational detail is handled so the creative vision can be executed flawlessly.

Since 2023, I've worked alongside top creative directors and production companies across France, Germany, Portugal, and Italy. I'm open to opportunities across Europe and always ready to travel.
